Welcome to the online application portal for the Procurement and Investment Readiness Fund (PIRF)

Application steps:
  • Carefully read the information and eligibility criteria provided on the PIRF web-site and in the Program Guidelines before beginning the application process.
  • Before the deadline, complete the eligibility and application forms online.
  • You may submit your application in English or French only (Canada’s two official languages).

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Open an account by registering (“Sign Up”) or open a session (“Sign In”).
Step 2: The first time you register, you will receive a confirmation by email. Do not forget to check your “spam” in case the      confirmation email goes there! Add us to your contacts to continue to receive emails.
Want to get everything ready to apply?
Here are some essential documents and information to have ready for filling in any of the applications:
  • Business registration, charitable, or incorporation number
  • Documents of incorporation
  • Financial information for the last 2-3 years
  • Business plan
  • A service provider or assessment partner you would like to work with for the application
  • Budget for use of grant funds (Detailed breakdown of how awarded funds will be used, including timelines, activities and costs)
  • For the Capacity Building Grant and the Catalytic Grant application, the ED, CEO, or Board Chair of the social enterprise is required to review and sign the application.
